MERCY was founded in 2023 by Rowan Tucker. Bringing over a decade of experience spanning high-level government decision-making and investigation, privacy risk mitigation and strategic consultation. Specialising in matters of information misuse and complex breaches. To date, Rowan has led sensitive investigations within corporations and government agencies, providing strategic advice and delegated decision-making on matters of significance. ​
 

MERCY was an idea born from Rowan's direct experience with corrupt conduct, workplace investigations, fraud and high-level cover-ups. Drawing on years of leadership experience, Rowan sought to create a sophisticated service grounded in ethics and integrity, with the sole purpose of discovering the truth to make a difference.
